How to place a Purchase Order

Delivery Destination	Where will it be ship?
Delivery Target Date	When do you need to receive the wristband?

Step 2: Email us the order form or the details of the order at sales@wristband4u.com.

Make sure to attach the Purchase Order and W9 FORM.

Step 3: Once we receive the order details, our sales team will email you with the price quote and a sample artwork.

Step 4: Production will immediately start upon approval of the sample artwork.

Note:

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Checks as methods of payment.
Full payment should be collected upon receipt of the wristband package.
Delayed payments will be subject for penalty - collection fee which will be applied on top of the total cost of the order.
